While working as warehouse managers in a major logistics company operating in 105 countries worldwide, we gained extensive hands-on experience in the full scope of e-commerce and fulfilment operations. During this time, we recognised that many sellers struggle to manage logistics processes independently and are searching for a reliable, fast and transparent service partner.
This realisation led us to develop a small-scale “boutique” intermediary warehouse concept, initially serving our family, friends and a select group of clients. This experience allowed us to clearly understand what customers truly need and which solutions simplify and optimise their operations. Without losing the passion and flexibility of our boutique beginnings, we laid the foundations to transform this concept into a professional brand and established our own warehouse facility.
